This video is a little bit of a rant...I had someone come in this week that was basically cheated by another "bike fitter". It had to do with changing a crank length, which is one of the most expensve changes you can make in a bike fit.
The issue wasn't that the change would have some effect, but rather that the amount of effect, which was exceptionally small in this case wasn't worth the very expensive new crankset.
Additionally, the post bike fit testing that was done was misleading and disingenuous at best.
